Jesus actor struck by lightning

Actor Jim Caviezel has been struck by lightning while playing Jesus in Mel Gibson’s controversial film The Passion Of Christ.
The lightning bolt hit Caviezel and the film’s assistant director Jan Michelini while they were filming in a remote location a few hours from Rome.

Airport Security

Oleg thinks that airport security should be criminally liable for any breaches of security as much as the perpetrator. I think he’s on crack. Here’s what i posted in a comment on his site:

Just finished the Powepuff Girls Movie. It totally and absolutely rocked. Go rent it now. Even if you think it looks dumb, and you won’t be caught dead watching a cartoon about cute little girls who have super powers, rent it anyway
For the record. Buttercup (the one in green) is the best Powerpuff Girl.

Mono and .NET

Here is an interesting article on the relationship between the Mono project and Microsoft’s .NET strategy.
Miguel de Icaza responded well to that story, but I also have something to add. If Microsoft lets Mono grow to the point where Linux depends on it, and then destroys it, this helps Sun immensely. Sun can come in [...]
