Hurricane Charley Up Close
Posted by Mike on August 14th, 2004It’s 2:23 in the morning and I’m blogging this from the beach at Jackonville, FL. At this time hurricane charley is just off shore of Jacksonnville after traveling across Florida earlier today. Charley’s center of circulation is about 50 miles to the east of me.
